The first stop is a local restaurant where we can taste and learn about the ingredients of the Grilled Pork Rice Paper Rolls, one of the most popular dishes in Central Vietnam. Fold the two sides into the middle to enclose the fillings. Then roll up rice paper tightly around the ingredients. Serve with Vietnamese dipping sauce.
